En un post anterior les mostré varias fotos de los accesorios de gomas feo que usan algunos choferes disque para que no le arrayen el bumper. A estos dueños ese les olvidó que las placas de los autos en NYC no pueden estar obstruidas con nada y por eso se ganaron una merecida multa de $65 dolares. Ya les habia dicho que eso lo que hace es disfigurar su auto, hay otros muy modernos que vienen hasta con llaves para evitar de que se roben la proteccion y luce muy bien, pero no este welcome mat-debe de usarse para limpiar los pies antes de entrar.

Eso no solo se ve en New York. Si lo haces aqui en Boston tambien te ponen tu multa... es la ley y lo veo bien, son muchas las cosas que se ocultan al tapar la placa de un vehiculo.
Hasta barata me la encuentro, porque eso es como andar sin placas, que es una falta grave, esa multa que le estan aplicando es por tener la placa cubierta (generalmente con algun material trasnparente y de color, o sea que se puede leer pero con dificultad y solo de cerca, en el caso que muestras esta totalmente cubierta). Y no es solo en NYC o Boston que aplican la Ley de esa forma, es en todo USA y paises similares, donde Ley y Orden es una prioridad, por eso es que son "paises grandes" (para no usar la palabra civilizados pues hay quienes se ofenden).
Quiero que sepan que no solo por eso le dan un summon, hasta por una minima parte bloqueada tambien. Como dice Juanml nuestro pana debiera ser mas cara la multa.
